We are Christians who are passionate about seeing positive transformation in the lives of all young people regardless of their background or beliefs. We develop innovative and proven ways to address the key contemporary issues they face; specifically, those involving their social, emotional and spiritual health. 

At the heart of our work is our pioneering Luton hub, where we engage young people in schools, churches and the community. We’ve been working in schools for over 25 years and we’re continually developing new approaches and refining established ones, because a rapidly changing culture demands innovative thinking and practice. Everything from spiritual development and discipleship through to mental and emotional wellbeing, from SMSC projects to mentoring, all of our schools work is accessible for young people of all faiths and none, designed to create curiosity and safe conversation.

We then share what works nationally through our training, consultancy and resources – and inspire and equip churches to transform the lives of young people in their communities.
